ALARM maintains a state-of-the-art Central Monitoring Station in Seacliff,

Within seconds, the Dispatcher notifies the appropriate authority (police, fire department, or facilities manager or First Alarm Security Officer) to resolve the activity. FIRST ALARM’s Central Station has been certified by the Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements, our Central Station is visited on a regular basis by certified U.L. inspectors to ensure compliance with standards for Central Station design and operations. Additionally, FIRST ALARM’s Central Station was recently certified by Factory Mutual (FM) to be in compliance with FM’s high standards.
