Standard Monitoring: This is the core component of our service offering.
Our monitoring service provides fast and accurate response to emergency alerts
from your system |
Test Reports: With frequency options of daily or weekly, this option
ensures that your system’s communication link is operating properly. |
Activity Reports: Turn your system into a powerful management tool!
Reports detailing when your system was armed/disarmed and by whom can keep you
informed about what’s going on when you’re not there. As an added feature, you
can add supervised scheduling so that First Alarm checks to make sure your
system was armed and disarmed according to predetermined time intervals. |
U.L. Certification: Many customers can benefit from significant insurance
premium savings by opting for UL certification. A certified system is
periodically audited by a UL field inspector for compliance and quality
assurance purposes. |
Video Verification: This high tech feature adds value by providing a live
video stream to First Alarm in the event of an alarm activation. Video images
can be used to better direct responding agencies, and to minimize nuisance false
alarms. |
SecureCom GSM: This economical yet powerful communications enhancement
dramatically reduces your system’s vulnerability to attack. Using the GSM
cellular network, your SecureCom unit provides redundant paths of communication,
and reduces the time it takes for a signal to reach First Alarm. |
SecureCom IP: Some applications need an “always-on” link between the
premises and the monitoring center. With SecureCom IP, your security system is
in constant contact with our Central Station, providing an immediate alert if
the communication link is severed. This service is rated for high-risk
applications like banks, jewelry stores, and galleries. |
SecureCom RF: As the highest level of communication security, this
service option is an “always-on” link with the added security of being outside
of the public telecommunications grid. Signals are routed over a private radio
network that First Alarm operates. |
