First Alarm operates it's own 24 hour U.L. Listed dispatch center. We have a minimum of three (3)dispatchers and (1) Watch Supervisor on duty at all times with additional coverage on weekends. Our dispatchers are trained professionals who are always ready to handle your security needs. You’ll never need to deal with an answering service, voice mail, pagers, or cell phones when calling First Alarm!

Call Response
First Alarm security officers are ready to respond to any security issue. We handle all types of calls including noise complaints, trespassing/soliciting, parking violations, and alarm response. Limited call response is included with any standard patrol contract.

Random Patrol Service
First Alarm spares no expense in providing our officers with the best uniforms and equipment in the industry. Our uniforms look sharp and our vehicles are well marked with the proper equipment to do the job! Let us help deter trespassing, vandalism, and theft by conducting random patrols of your HOA.

Vacation House Checks
Let us make sure your home is secure while your away on business or pleasure. Notify our dispatch center of your departure and return date and we will make physical security checks of your home while you are away. This service is included with any standard patrol contract.

Openings & Closings
Let us open or close common area facilities at your HOA. We commonly open and close pool areas, clubhouses, and laundry rooms.

On-Site Security Officers
First Alarm will provide your HOA with a professional well trained security officer during times you designate. We tailor our service to meet your needs. Our Quality Assurance Program insures you receive the best service available.

Gate House Security Officer
We can provide your HOA gate house with a sharp, well trained security officer. Residents and guests will be at ease knowing an alert, courteous, and professional First Alarm security officer is on the job! .

Summer Pool Monitor
Let us provide your HOA with a professional Pool Monitor in the summer months. Make your HOA pool and recreation area more secure and enjoyable for all. Our Pool Monitors will ensure only residents and guests use your facilities and all CC&R rules are followed. Pool Monitors wear a First Alarm polo shirt and uniform shorts.

Pool Trespass Alarms
We can install and monitor trespass alarms in your pool area. Anyone who enters the pool area after hours will set off a silent alarm. A patrol officer will be immediately dispatched so the subjects can be identified and ejected from the pool area.

Premise Posting
We help deter crime by posting our warning signs at the entrance to your HOA. Included with any standard patrol contract.
