A) Alarm responses are programmed to allow time, say 30 to 45 seconds to come in, enter your personal code into the keypad and then turn off the system before and alarm can be activated.
Q) When we're at home, can we still be protected?
A) Yes. You are protected by the STAY mode. Your system can provide both perimeter and interior protection. When you're home, you can turn off the interior devices at the press of a key, allowing your family to move about freely. The perimeter system, which can protect certain doors, windows, and other access areas will remain armed.
Q) When an alarm sounds, will I know whether it's for a break-in or a fire?
