Yes. Please contact us to activate the First Alarm system at the location, and to find out what your options are.
Do you own and operate your own Central Monitoring Station?
Yes. Our Central Monitoring Station is manned with live dispatchers 24/7, 365 days a year, and is located in Aptos, California.
I’m concerned that my system isn’t working properly, who should I call?
Please contact the Service Department at the branch office near your location, or call (800) 684-1111 to schedule a service appointment.
I need a new yard sign and/or decals, how do I get these replaced?
Please contact the Service Department at the branch office near your location, or call (800) 684-1111. A Service Technician will stop by to replace your yard sign and/or decal. For security reasons we do not mail these items.
My insurance company is requesting proof of alarm installation, how do I obtain this?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (831) 476-1111 or (800) 684-1111 along with your name, insurance provider name, phone number, and the name of your insurance representative. We will send a First Alarm Certificate directly to your insurance provider. Due to the nature of our business, we must send this directly to the insurance company for it to be valid.
