At First Alarm we have a high level of accountability to our employees, our customers, and the communities we serve. Team First Alarm is an informal program whose purpose is to take the invaluable resource we have in our employee base to help us get more involved the communities we serve. We want to promote community support, teamwork, fitness and fun! Team First Alarm is as big or small as our employees choose to make it.

Essentially, Team First Alarm is a group of employees who choose to fundraise for either a company selected non-profit organization or an organization of their choice. Our employees contribute their time, money, and professional skills to benefit communities. We back our employees through matching donations and by marketing their efforts. Through the years Team First Alarm has raised thousands of dollars and awareness for several organizations.
